ABOUT GACU

GACU is all about coaching - when you think coaching - think GACU!

GACU stands for the Greater Auckland Coaching Unit. It is an organisation created specifically to facilitate, grow, and support a wide range of coaching resources, opportunities and knowledge across the Auckland region.

Through GACU's partnership with iSportz, many tools are provided free to coaches to share and learn from other coaches. We strongly encourage you to use the tools & resources on this page and throughout the website to be the best coach you can be.

GACU AUCKLAND COACHES

The GACU Auckland Coaches group offers a very helpful range of tools for anyone involved in coaching - be it coaching juniors, seniors or any level between. Covering the topics all coaches need to know: from dealing with difficult parents to helping your players develop using approaches such as Teaching Games for Understanding and NZ CoachApproach.
